same bud.. remember why we're here! this goes for me too... we gotta distract ourselves with something else, more positive... I've been trying to leave my phone on the other side of the house when I do stuff, like before entering to take a shower, and i would say the cold showers have a helped a little... dont give up bud!! i believe in you!!
