Body dismorphia

Does anyone else have body dismorphia from gooning? I feel like one side of my body is disproportionate to the other side. I’ve been watching porn since 7th grade and I’m 21 now.

It most likely comes from/with the intense feelings of shame about yourself after “gooning”
