I blocked porn but can’t undo

So I blocked porn on screen time in iPhone did some random code and don’t know it so I can’t unlock it. I also skipped the backup (forgot my password) so can’t get in even unless I rest my phone to last backup. Apart of me wants to reset to my last backup because I feel locked out of my own phone but at the same time is that such a bad thing?? Scared I will just find an alternative that is worse. Maybe I should reset to last back up (nothing lost) and give code to friend? Or is that cope
