Six Weeks
Six full weeks of complete celibacy… This is the longest I’ve gone since I started touching myself down there. It hasn’t been easy, but some things have made it easier: -Sleep: keep your phone out of your bedroom and get to bed before midnight. Good sleep helps with impulse control, and temptation lives in the hours of the night. -Prayer: ask something greater than yourself to help you, whether it’s Jesus, angels, etc. -Purpose: having a strong sense of purpose and stuff to keep you occupied during the day helps to remove those spare moments where temptation lies. -Food: more leafy greens and healthy glucose from sources like raw honey, sweet potato, potato, fruit, etc. will settle your adrenals and reduce all temptations. -Free will: get in touch with the power of free will. Ultimately, to wank is your choice. Lust can bring you to the door, but you are the one who crosses the threshold. Get in touch with the part of you that chooses to cross the threshold, and recognize that you have the power to choose differently. This is all much easier said than done. But it’s all possible. If I’m doing it, so can you!
