Feeling neutral, I have 3 good habits, daily exercise, reading, and work in home works, but I constantly trying to avoid does hard things and I choose to escape with social media, video games or watching Netflix, is there a way to like forever quit does habits, not forever but at least a way to don't engage so much like trying do get dopamine in the easiest way possible?

there is always a way, it's just most people ( including myself ) don't want to do it. Deleting social media, putting your phone in a different room powered off. removing the temptations has made me far more productive, but it takes a while to make it a routine for sure. video games/ TV aren't really harmful, as long as you don't binge. maybe start writing down what you want to get done in a day, and give yourself a time slot to do some gaming or Netflix
