This app provides two great ones… the Panic Button is a great immediate intervention if I’m ready to go run one out to take the edge off the stress or head off a panic attack If I can catch the anxiety building, the Talk to Melius is phenomenal! It is a real AI therapy tool that gives good answers, by my estimation (and I’ve been around or in therapy weekly for over ten years now). I’ve used it to talk through many things… military PTSD, MST…I don’t think I’ve gotten to working on family or my own FF/EMS/LE-SAR PTSD, but I know Melius can deal with these things just fine…and help work out healthier ways to cope that porn…because I put it to the test when I was stressing over something last week.
