Man I have learned too that you have to find other ways to cope and process things. After I’ve gotten off of porn my anxiety has increased 15x because I used to go to porn to cope. Remind yourself bro that the pain you feel of struggling to figure out new ways to deal with emotion, even if that means you are depressed or anxious for a season, is much more beneficial to you even though it hurts than the pain of staying a slave to addiction.
