Need your help

I am on a 4 day streak right now. Tomorrow I am going on a seven day trip where I will have no privacy, so I feel pretty secure about the next seven days. Unfortunately, I am about to be alone at my house for five hours with the knowledge that this is the last opportunity to relapse for a while and I am feeling tempted. If you come across this post, please comment on it or upvote it so that I am getting notifications throughout the day. That will help remind me that I am not alone when things are getting tough.
