Look up how to reset your discovery page. I did and most went away. All I have now is workout and Christian content. Some slip here and there but it’s important not to go to their profiles otherwise the algorithm picks it up. Just hit not interested when those come up

The algorithm knows that type of content keeps people on Instagram whether we agree or not. Really begs the question of what genuine value we get from IG and whether it’s worth the continued indulgence
