I’ve been trying to clean my algorithm but no matter what I always run into sexualized content . It’s triggering because that was the gateway way back when I was 13 . I’m on day 5 wanting to quit. Maybe social media isn’t for me rn
I can suck but deleting was the only thing that worked for me. The amount of times I trigger a relapse because of instagram or facebook just made them not worth it anymore
I honestly deleted mine for the same reason. Best decision I ever made. I had so much more time during my day and so much less unnecessary garbage.

Dude, same thing. I’m on a week as of today and yesterday was probably one of the hardest days to stay controlled and strong. I was waiting for my wife to get off work and just sitting at home bored.
