I know this isn't a workout app but what exercises do u guys suggest for me, got no access to a gym got a pushup board and a pull-up bar, max in Push up is 40 and pull-ups 6 (lol). I just downloaded this app yesterday but I haven't done it in 2 days, I want to know how many reps I should do for a set to better myself cause I'm exercising distracts me from porn.

Just go until you can’t. Do that for like 3 sets and add in some abs and legs like squat jumps and crunches and do those until you can’t
