I’m feeling temptation to redownload a lot of the social medias that plant seeds of lust. Things like Reddit and Instagram. I’m not going to. It’s a waste of time and there’s no point to dealing with that frivolousness. Anyone else try out this strategy

Hey man don’t don’t do it it’s not worth it sooner or later you will need to accept that social media is not for you with the addiction you have. I’ve had to bite that bullet and I’m sober but the temptation remains for Reddit but say aloud why you are downloading it to hear how stupid it sounds. God bless
