I went 4 days then relapsed. Please help

I’m 16 years old and I’ve been doing this for about 7 years now, and I really want to end this addiction because I feel to awkward to even talk to women. I can’t even look at them without thinking lustfully. I feel like I fell behind on some things through puberty like body hair. I don’t really have any.I fall back into my urges of masturbating so often it’s so hard to stop.
