Relapsed again!
I get to 2/3 days then relapse. I’m so frustrated. This is difficult and I don’t know what to do.

Don’t lay in bed with your phone, delete any social medias that tempt you to do it, most of them are useless anyways, and we make excuses to keep them. Run from it when you feel tempted go outside, take a cold shower, pray, call or text someone, figure out what your triggers are and take care of them, you can do it I promise, just be aware and stay strong, don’t give in you’re better than you know you are and have lots of potential !!
limit social media by putting timelimit on your phone and do sports every day or something that stimulates you
You don’t want it bad enough. You’re not willing to stay sober by any means. I’m not saying it’s easy, but the reality is until you want to be healthy more than unhealthy you ain’t gonna be healthy.
