I did it again after 4 good days. Guys I saw on me that Im good on 3-4 days and then it becomes always imposibble to resist days after 3 and for are though for me what should I improve ?. I dont know abt other days beacuse The longest I went is 2 weeks in summer when I was working I started two years ago.
Try to plan ahead for those hard days. Find ways to be busy, with friends, or just out of the house. Those are the hardest days for me as well
