Been trying to quit for over 2 years with countless different methods but nothing works. Been a month with this app, probably going to cancel the subscription.

You should understand that giving up porn and masturbation is not going to be easy, moreover it’s very difficult mentally and physically!!! Think of it in this way: you have to get rid of that addiction for your parents, for your future wife, for your kids in the future, for the people that you love!!! Try to not blame yourself all the time, and try to get rid of it slowly, if you can’t just get rid of it immediately, for example, try to do masturbate only once in three days, then once a week, then once a month and etc. GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION!!! YOU ARE A MAN!!! Brother believe in yourself all the time and you will get rid of this awful addiction!!! This community will help you, we are all brothers here, trying to make our life better) Remember it’s going to be very difficult, but in the end, you’ll be very proud of yourself!!!
