I relapsed, and I don’t know what to do or how to proceed. I deleted socials, but I don’t feel like it’s enough. I’m so incredibly disgusted in myself, and I don’t know what to do. Please give me advice guys

The important thing is to keep at it.
I started posting here once every day to help myself develop a counter-habit.
That’s the other thing; gotta replace the bad with good. Start a good habit that works in opposition to the habit of porn. Got a bad habit of taking your phone to the bathroom with you and end of relapsing there? Leave your phone outside the bathroom whenever you go in there.
Start doom scrolling until you see something that stirs up your temptations? Delete the socials and just start calling a good friend or your parents after work/school. Start visiting people, join a social group.
Get in the habit of calling your accountability partner to talk to them every day if you have one. If you don’t have one, getting one is vital.
Drag your sins into the sunlight where they will burn and wither away. Admitting your struggles to someone you trust is a great step forward.
Don’t allow any thoughts to cross your mind without contemplating the nature of that thought.
Practice “bouncing” your eyes away from the things that tempt you and make you question holding the line. If you bounce your eyes often enough, it’ll become automatic eventually, but first you gotta exercise that habit and make it strong
