Try a little boxing
If you can, I have a heavy bag outside my room and have had it for a long time but never really used it much but recently I have been a lot more, and I don’t do it every-time I have a problem but sometimes when i feel urges or triggers or just feel a lot of stress building up from whatever it may be if I go and hit the bag for 20 or 30 minutes it’s just a great mental and physical release and lowkey it’s damn near that stress release of busting a nut because it’s just like whatever your thinking about will probably cross your mind as your boxing and punching the bag kinda releases the energy so yea it’s been very helpful at times for me
