I need help. I feel like I’m about to relapse. I’m almost 9 days in and it feels great but, idk. I guess the old habit is trying to slip back. What do I do?

Yessir distract yourself, exercise. Stay busy and keep your mind busy and you won’t even have the time.
I’d get active. Go on a walk, do some pushups, whatever gets you moving. And just remember why you’re using this app in the first place. That short feeling isn’t worth it. You can do it.
One of the best ways to get rid of the urge is to do the things that was mentioned above. And also to jump on this app and give others advice and encouragement. It’s a good way to neurohack your behavior from this urge into helping others.
