Going to gym today as well to try and form healthy habits. Day 4-7 is usually when I slip up. Would appreciate any advice on getting over that initial hump and getting some real sobriety

You got this Mason. Gym absolutely helps (I only went once last Monday and had a crappy week), but to get further in the journey to freedom you gotta confront your feelings man. Start journaling, going on reflection walks, writing down prays, etc, and you’ll start to know where the pain is coming from. The road to freedom starts with us being more honest and open with OURSELVES. And once you’ve done it, don’t be hard on yourself. Love yourself, be proud of each step, and feel the love and joy of God come back in your life. You got this man!!

Stay strong, bro! I’m on Day 3 and really relate to what you’re saying. These days are definitely the toughest. Let’s just take it one day at a time — it does get easier. You’re not alone 💪
