I feel like I get the trigger when I go to instagram reels but I want to see my friends posts and stay updated with news but my feed is all explicit or leads to other things. Does anyone have any suggestions?
If it’s on your FYP page or whatever just click the three dots button, and select “Not interested”. It’s gonna take a couple days of repeating this to purge your page, but think of it as a “F**** you” to those Jezebels dragging you into a bottomless grave of despair and shame.

You can reset your IG reels feed by going into settings and going to "content preferences" then bottom option reset.
