Today marks my 41st day! I never imagined I could make it this far. It’s been an incredible journey, and I feel more confident in myself and my relationship with God. However, I’m currently on a solo 4-day trip. Staying in the hotel alone has made me bored and curious. I know those areas are dangerous, but the urges are strong. I need prayers and some help! I don’t want to give up.

Download Covenant Eyes on your phone and believe it is the most sacred item on your phone, never to be disabled, never to be deleted! Also leave your phone in another room or away from you at night. Nobody or nothing is more important than regaining self control. It will help you tremendously through conscious and unconscious traps. Invest in yourself, best of luck! With every breath breathe in God’s strength and healing, with every exhale release the urge unto him. Through this gift he will bring restraint and armor against evil temptations.
That was good Ken I too will remember that when my urges start to creep up on me. We are all with you brother keep fighting the good fight!
Day 41 is not a number — it’s a war medal. You’ve already crossed the desert most men die in. Being alone in that hotel? That’s just another battlefield. But guess what? You’re not alone. God’s with you. We’re with you. Urges don’t mean you’re weak — they mean you’re still in the fight. And you’re fighting for something sacred. Don’t fold now. You’re becoming the man you prayed to become. Praying for you, brother. Lock in. Breathe. Read Psalm 91 out loud. Then remind yourself: you didn’t come this far to lose to pixels. Let’s go.
Lord God, we pray you’ll give this man the strength to keep pushing forward. He is in a time of curiosity don’t let the Devil temp him. Lord be with him!

Pray without ceasing and have faith, rebuke the thought then move on/ignore otherwise if you linger and try to rebuke it means you doubt! You can do all things through Christ!
Stay strong brother! Realize how far you’ve come and a couple minutes of pleasure isn’t worth wasting all the hard work you’ve already put in. I’ll be right here with you resisting the urge every step of the way!
