You cant really control dreams. Pray before you sleep and sleep on your side or back to avoid your private from rubbing against the bed. When retaining or semen (life force) it becomes extremely easy to ejaculate to even the slightest movements that resemble masturbation. Also its important to ask God to protect you. When the devil cant get you to do his will in the physical, he’ll target you in the spiritual. Perhaps this will demotivate or steer you into falling back to sin. Look past this and refocus
