This might be an embarrassing question, but should I reset my clock if I have a dream that is sexual and I wake up to myself finishing? I’ve had this happen twice in the last month. I can’t control my dreams but I don’t feel good about this
No, when quitting your body will usually eject sperm at night when sleeping, and you didn’t consciously make the decision to relapse because you were asleep so you can’t really control that. So I wouldn’t reset it
