Post nut clarity v Pre nut clarity

Greetings from London friends, one thing i have learnt is pre nut clarity is s much better than post nut clarity. Personally when i get the urge to view porn i push my inevitable post nut clarity forward. I think about the guilt and shame i will feel and i hold on to how much i don’t want to disappoint God. This journey is not easy at all but remember the only thing that feels worse than these urges is how you feel after and i know we can all relate.
