Well obviously the app would suggest so, but is there more beyond that or is that the point where I stop craving porn

If you get away from heroin, you will be addicted if you begin using it again. Same as porn. When I used substances I never could’ve imagined myself going the rest of my life without them, but now that I’ve been away from them for years I honestly can’t see myself ever turning back. I assume it’s the same with porn. You don’t wanna imagine the rest of your life without it, but one day you’ll realise it’s the only way.

Some statistics say that it takes almost 6 months to completely retire your brain so don’t use the 90 days as an end goal, but keep moving forward day by day.

I think 90 days is the habit break right. You make it 90 days and your brain is rewired you’re no longer addicted, but like every other addiction there is always potential for relapse.

Remember, you’re not here just to be here, you’re here because you’re addicted. What I recommend is that you try and stay away forever. I know that sounds crazy but you don’t NEED porn or to jerk off. If you’re not addicted to jerking off and the problem is porn, then by all means jerk off but try and use your imagination for it instead. Porn is bad for you. Jerking off is natural, just don’t do it every day, aim for a minimum of like once a week, only if you’re stressed or something. Keep it normal.
