Genuinely curious, Is masturbating relapsing if you’re not looking at porn or any sexual content? I see some people saying they relapsed because they masturbated not because they watched porn. Me personally, I’ll masturbate every so often but I don’t watch or look at anything. I guess I just want to know am I cheating if I’m still masturbating? Or do some just have different goals which include not masturbating altogether? Thank you, friends.
its definitely not cheating, but it depends what your goals are.. me personally if i fap once then it turns into another month straight of me doing it.. im assuming you paid and joined the app for a reason though, to quit outright.. so dont fap at all, you have a gf for a reason..
