Bro the biggest thing is I be having sex on the brain when I’m bored. —— normally throughout the day it’s fine cuz I can’t do anything about it but when I’m at home or in bed it’s pretty bad and my hands always find they way down there. Haven’t relapsed in a few days but just trying to figure out how to beat that. Any thoughts/// ideas ??

Not taking a phone or laptop to bed is a good idea! If you use it as an alarm maybe place it on a desk away from your bed
