What I did is block safari through screen time in settings and then had someone change the password

Safari is one you can’t delete from iPhone, but you can add more screens to Home Screen and set your default display to only display one or the screens that have what you want…then Safari will be hidden away on a Home Screen you won’t see. It will still show up on the App Library. I don’t know enough to tell you how to hide it there. There is a way to hide apps…try searching for how too hide apps on “your phone model” You can also set your Safari to require a password to open and have a trusted person set the password so that you cannot open it unless you’re with that trusted person.

You typically hold the app and it pops up with some options. I think the best that can be done is removing it from the Home Screen
