Towing the line

Last night I was edging and watching videos of me and my girl. It’s only been about 2-3 days and I already put my hands back in my pants. I’m disappointed but also relieved that I didn’t nut and had some self control Any advice for just not putting my hands down there ? Especially when it’s night / morning because that’s when I’m alone
