How do I improve my mental health

Alright so I’ve reached my third day and I thought to myself “how do improve my mental health”. Honestly some days I have a positive image of myself and other days I don’t I’ve thought of going to the gym to improve my mental health but I want to hear any other ways for me to improve my mental health.
Do everything you can. The cycle cannot be broken with just thoughts my brother. The cycle of depression and anxiety must be broken you must be broken with action. Hike, play music, pray, read your Bible, read books of great people, build, create, just do. Simply just do.
