Going thru the same phase. Try limiting social media because something lustful might pop up on there to re trigger you. It’s a world ran on lust in this generation

You need to change your environment when your tempted and that includes your phone and devices. Don’t do it alone find someone who can help you block triggers on your phone and in your environment.

You need to pray and you need Christ, there is a spiritual component to it, spirits of lust that wants to keep you in bondage. Don’t despair, it’s not you it’s what’s in you. Every time you do it you feed that entity and your bondage get stronger, it’s ultimate goal is to destroy you. Repent of your Sins, pray, and call out the name of Christ
