Shit gets me going crazy! Every time I think "oh shit I'm gonna relapse! stoooooop" but still, I don't have control over my dream self yet apparently. This makes it harder for real life tho, because it makes me feel vulnerable to temptation. Anyone relate?

That’s a common thing. Wet dreams are 100% a real phenomenon. As for how to solve them, I’ve found my number of days clean increased, my frequency and intensity of wet dreams decreased. So within the first month, it’ll probably be really tough to stop them, but as time goes on and your mind heals, it should get better. Keep fighting brother!

Yes. Often, when I have dreams in any way related to sex, I feel extremely weak and vulnerable and tend to relapse. I find a lot of comfort in distracting myself through reading Scripture or by interacting with my wife, family, or friends! Stay strong!
