Alone in general? Or significant other-wise? The solution to that for me has been getting out of the apt as close to 24/7 as possible, signing up for events like spartan races, offroad group shenanigans, etc. Will likely help on both fronts

Impressive. 93 days is impressive. Well done. Perhaps it is time you take on a new conquest. This path remains mostly safe and straight all the way to the end. You have already seen the worst of it. Perhaps you should ,keep your progress, but place yourself at the start of a new path.

Does it get easier though?? Are the urges as strong?
