I was good for 15 days and towards the end of those i felt lust tugging at me. After i did it i felt so guilty. I just went 3 days again and then lost it just now. This is so hard.

we all believe in your bro. try and think back to what made you give into the urge. Think about where you were, what you were doing. In bed with your phone? Don't let your phone make it into bed with you again. You were bored and home alone or in privacy? get outside or into a public space. Just little changes like that will keep you going. good luck bro
