It’ll be okay bro. Don’t let the negative feelings down your spirit. Long as you keep in mind that it’s not gonna happen overnight you’ll get there. It’s gonna be hard, but everyday is a new day to improve on prior self mistakes. Take it day by day, that’s what usually gets me. Looking at the end goal and thinking it’s too far, then telling myself “ahh one time won’t hurt, it’s been 3 weeks!” then I’m back to my old ways. This shit sucks. But I truly believe that we can kick this for good. I’m rooting for yall!
