Confidence

Yesterday, without too many details, I had to stand up to someone. I’ve never usually had much of a problem with this but usually I have fight or flight and go into panic shakes etc afterwards. This situation involved me protecting my partner. I was very calm and collected through this situation. My girlfriend was safe what was needed to be done was done. If it wasn’t for the calm and confidence I’ve gained with quitting porn it could have ended worse for me or other people. I’m very grateful for the changes that have been made in my mind 🗿🗿
