Day 3
Finally reached day! Feels great to finally have a streak again! It's the weekend though and I have to check in that I usually fall on weekends... especially Saturdays. During my kids nap time, my wife usually goes to sleep since she was up with them in the morning...I'm up with them the following morning...anyway this leaves me by myself from 12 to 3 or 4 depending on when the kids get up which is a lot of idle time SO... Plan for the day: Cardio for an 30 mins...usually takes an hour to complete the whole thing Do kids laundry..looking like it will take an hour for that If I get bored of that or start to mentally drift...make some music until the kids wake up...usually a guaranteed way of keeping my mind busy Keep the fight alive fellas!
@Ayham man I wish I could follow this thread so I can see updates....cardio is complete and I'm on to fold some clothes...thanks for reaching out!
