21 days in and this is the longest in 15+ years that I’ve ever gone without watching porn or jerking off. Any time I would ever have any urges, I would come here and read the posts of the people that relapsed and it was such good motivation to keep going. Thank you to this community for keeping me going and reminding me why I’m here - working towards 90 days!

Feels great - less and less urges, they still happen but getting better at responding to them. I also have a more positive relationship with women in general, felt like I sexualized them a lot previously
