Flee from sexual immorality! Don’t just kinda get away from it. If something is a trigger for you (for me it’s twitter), get rid of it. You don’t need it. When you’re in the middle of the battle and you have the decision to jerk off or not, notice that moment and what makes the temptation so strong. Then, get rid of that temptation.

Ask yourself why and how did you give in
