I can’t not see it

The past few days I been doing what I usually do everyday, it’s just as of recent when I’m scrolling I’ll just see stuff I’m not meant to see. When I started the first few days in I wouldn’t even be tempted to like search someone’s name up out of curious ity, nowadays I’ll just search em up and get suprised with what I see when I know what I was gonna see. It’s like my shield is coming back down and I know what this means and normally how it ends. I’m much more stronger now so I ain’t giving in but I’ve seen some stuff and my heart drops when I do because my mind might just go back to its old ways for a little dopamine hit. I just need to remember, 17 or so days in now, I didn’t come this far, to come this far
