Been addicted for 10 years never went more than a week or 2 without porn/masturbation. Best advice i can give is stay busy and get pissed off that you’re weak minded to control your self. If us men controlled our lust we could make a big impact on the world, i pray and hope everyone on this journey finds peace and happiness.
