Update:
I’ve been 19 days strong and I’ve been seeing some changes in my thought process as well as a boost of motivation and confidence. I still get urges here and there but I distract myself by doing other things like reading, cleaning if I need to, or watching something motivational. One thing I can truly say I’ve gotten more of is rest. I’ve been working a lot lately and this past Saturday I worked a double but got home Afterwards and slept great! As far as everything else, I know I need to avoid laying down in bed for too long and not be on the game for over an hour or 2 cause I know that’s when my urges or triggers can start. I’ll be gaming and then next thing I know I’m scrolling on my phone jumping from one app to another. Gotta continue to keep being patient with myself, but also be more aware as well. 🙏🏾
