number one advice: think of WHY you are doing this for yourself. you want control over your life again. minimize screen time, delete social media that are potential triggers, put your new gained energy into something new, for me it’s running, create new habits and routines, don’t shy away from talking about your feeling and emotions we believe in you keep going
Tbh i tire myself out by work, working out twice a day and then dedicating my time for things I enjoy like watching anime, reading, and working on my other business ventures. You work so hard at the end of the day you'll be too damn tired to even beat your meat.
