“Nice!”

Yeah, I hit day 69 today. I feel there’s been quite a good deal of progress… but not enough to pass up an immature joke title. Some days are great, some are hard. I’ve got a bit of a headache today and in the past that can lead to acting out, but not today. Today, as every day, I am graced with the opportunity and ability to say “no” to my addict, and his backwards methods of self-soothing. I get to treat myself properly, spend time with real human beings, and enjoy their friendship. What joy! Glory to God for all things!
