Man every time I get on this app it blows my mind that so many of us were affected and harmed by pornography. I used to feel so alone with this struggle. At times I thought something was seriously wrong with me. Because it’s such a thing that no one feels comfortable talking about it you tend to think you’re going through this completely alone. When really there a millions of us who got affected by porn. I think the thing that helps most is transparency with other people and yourself.
