Good on you. I’ve had some long steaks and I find if I’m not mindful the old habits are still there, buried deep. Brain changes take time, but they do happen. 👊🏻 stay on target.

@A on top of my streak, I started taking quitting seriously roughly a year ago. I had quit for a month but allowed myself to masturbate without porn often, which led back to porn use. It was on and off, some weeks it was everyday, others it was once every 2 weeks, sometimes 1. It was essentially a slow process of quitting and relapsing but the time between the two eventually kept growing until I got here. Now I know the only way I will relapse is if I choose to go back to viewing porn and ruin my life, and who want that for themselves?
