Day 5

For clarity I have been on a “no nut” journey, I believe our ejaculation is a big part of our life energy and should be contained to bring forth our peak masculine energy and power and being obsessed with the pleasure of ejaculation is wasting our potential as leaders, protectors, providers and genuine lovers. At first I was feeling confident borderline cocky that this is a piece of cake. But today? At day 5? I am battling a hard battle out here. I want nothing better than to release the energy building up inside me. But I appreciate all the brothers on here for their encouragement of not giving up. I woke up this morning with that strong urge and coming on the app to see others are struggling too I can combat the urge. So thank you for sharing and support throughout this time. God bless you all.
