First of all the reset button is broken, it does nothing. You have to time on your streak timer and select reset. Please fix this, devs! Secondly. This week has been a bad week, but I have at least found some non sexual triggers and I know what to do. I just need the willpower to do it. So I’m starting again. We can do this!
Willpower alone won’t suffice brother, we need a change of heart. Idk if you believe in God, but ask Him to give you a new heart, a pure heart. We can try all we want to work on the surface level but if the root problem is still there, we’ll find ourselves still coming back to this same sin. Ask the Lord to reveal the root cause and to heal your heart, to teach you to love and not to lust, that’s what I’m doing and I know that by His grace I will be made new in Christ.
