I am not planning on stopping immediately, but slowly take it out of my routine. First i am going to start small and do one week without maybe twice and then work my way up (1 week and 3 days, 2 weeks, 2weeks and 3 days) once i have completed it, i will stop immediately and forever hopefully lmk what u think
I think the most important thing is: "It needs to work for you". This method might be a slippery slop for me personally. But it could do wonders for you. Maybe going cold turkey is not going to work for you. It's important that you try! And if you happen to fail at it, no worries! As long as you learn to do better! You can do this!
